Kristi O'Neil-Gonzalez

Accessibility and Inclusive Design Lead
CSU Channel Islands

Kristi O'Neil-Gonzalez is the Accessibility and Inclusive Design Lead (Specialist) for Teaching and Learning Innovations (TLi) at California State University Channel Islands. She received the 2021 President's Staff Award for Excellence for her contributions to accessible and inclusive design education within and beyond the University. She has published on digital accessibility and completed postgraduate certifications in inclusive, equitable, and accessible learning and program development. Kristi is passionate about ensuring that disability is included in diversity, equity and inclusion discourse.
